STAY ANOTHER DAY - JC & THE TWO-STEPS

December 2020

In December 2020 I was asked to produce a shot-for-shot remake of the classic East 17 tune Stay Another Day for JC & The Two-Steps ... here's how it turned out!

Shot on a drunken Winter night at the band's studio, this was filmed entirely in front of my green-screen setup. It was an absolute blast and we were laughing our heads off the whole shoot. So hard to keep up that pained constipated look that's in every 90's music video when you're dressed in shocking white furs.

A huge thanks has got to go to Lisa Randles for being a massive sport and lending us her wedding dress! Connor wore it beautifully.

Editing was a long laborious process as I wanted to match the original as closely as possible. I could only see in black and white by the end. I was made up with how it turned out though!
